what to expect…
A real alpine adventure—with a soft place to land at the end of every day. We’ll spend 11 days traveling through France, Italy, and Switzerland on one of the world’s most iconic long-distance routes. Expect full days on the trail, incredible mountain scenery, a supportive group atmosphere, and the comfort of returning to a hotel, a hot meal, and your transferred luggage each evening.
❋ A Challenging, Supported Trek
This is still a real hiking trip—not a sightseeing tour. We’ll cover mountainous terrain, sustained elevation changes, and full days on our feet, with experienced SummitGuides guides leading the way and scheduled transfers built into the itinerary.
❋ Comfort + Adventure
We’ll stay primarily in four-star hotels, including spa properties selected to help us rest and recover between hiking days. You’ll still earn every view—you just won’t have to sleep on the ground afterward.
❋ A Small-Group Experience
The trip is open to the public, so our group may include people joining through Hikeology as well as other SummitGuides travelers. It’s a chance to experience the trail with a community while still having space to hike at your own pace.
❋ A Supportive Space
SummitGuides coordinates the route, accommodations, most meals, luggage transfers, guides, and scheduled transportation. That means we can focus less on planning every detail and more on being present for the experience.
11 days around the mont blanc massif
Follow the trail through France, Italy, and Switzerland—crossing high mountain passes, wandering through alpine valleys, and taking in a new view of the Mont Blanc massif each day.
hike hard.
rest well.
Spend your days hiking through the Alps, then settle into comfortable hotels, enjoy restorative amenities, and recharge for the trail ahead. It’s the adventure of a multi-day trek—with a much softer landing each night.
